What type of physicals are offered at Allegheny Medical?
Allegheny Medical’s Occupational Medicine program offers services at our facility in addition to mobile occupational medicine services. We do instant and random drug screens, as well as oral swabs. Comprehensive physical options include:

How are testing results shared?
All lab results are of the highest certification, and follow all appropriate procedures and codes using Formfox, a securely encrypted medical data exchange platform that allows us to perform exams and generate certificates for both on and off-site. Using this platform, the testing process will be reported back to you the soonest possible. We are an approved collection site for EScreen, Pipeline Testing Consortium (PTC)/ Gas Box, Disa Works and Work Care.
Do you offer customized screening process?
Yes! To make sure we will meet your preferred screening requirements, we work with third parties to design a screening program that makes sense for you. We work with trusted names in reference laboratories including Quest Diagnostics, CRL, LabCorp, Psychomedics and Medtox.
