Occupational Health Services

Helping You Select & Build a Healthier Workforce While Reducing Injuries & Cost.

Post-Offer Physicals

We assist employers in the hiring process by performing job-specific physicals. This service helps determine the applicant's ability to perform the essential functions of the job. Physicals can include audiograms, respirator clearance, vision screenings, lifting screens, x-rays and substance abuse screenings.

DOT Compliance

WorkCare helps employers by addressing the medical and screening requirements of the Department of Transportation. Our DOT program can provide the basics such as DOT physicals and NIDA drug and alcohol screenings. We can also fully manage your random drug and alcohol screening process.

Substance Abuse & Drug Screening

Drug and alcohol abuse in the workplace has been proven to be the cause of high absenteeism, and contributes to soaring workers' compensation costs. Post-offer screenings assist you in determining if an applicant is using drugs illegally. We use strict chain of custody collection procedures and utilize a government certified laboratory for testing.

Comprehensive Injury Care

WorkCare provides employers with extended hours medical coverage for the treatment of work related injuries. We work with employers to keep their employees active in the workplace during the recovery process and return employees to full duty as soon as physically able. We provide continuous communication to employers by way of a work/duty status report after each visit. WorkCare is a preferred provider of many workers' compensation insurance companies.

Through WorkCare wellness programs you can help your employees maintain a healthy lifestyle. Healthy employees are generally happier, have a higher level of job satisfaction and lower absenteeism, which results in increased production.
